SkyShowtime hosts exclusive premiere screening for SkyShowtime Original Series Veronika at Bio Fågel Blå in Stockholm

Cast members including Alexandra Rapaport and Tobias Santelmann, director Jonas Alexander Arnby and local celebrities Edvin Ryding, Joel Lützow, Katarina Wennstam, Samuel Astor and Wilma Lidén celebrated the launch of the Swedish SkyShowtime Original Series, Veronika

Last night marked a sensational event as SkyShowtime proudly hosted an exclusive premiere at Bio Fågel Blå in Stockholm to mark the launch of the latest SkyShowtime Original Series - Swedish crime thriller Veronika. The series will be available to stream exclusively on the service from 22 March.

Hosted by esteemed Swedish TV-personality Amie Bramme-Sey, the event was opened by SkyShowtime CEO Monty Sarhan, and lead actress and Executive Producer Alexandra Rapaport. Stars from the series cast and crew appeared on the red carpet, including: Alexandra Rapaport, Tobias Santelmann, Arvin Kananian, Olle Sarri, Wilma Lidén, Per Graffman, Thea Gotensjö von Matern, Sarah Rhodin, Arvid Sand and Eddie Eriksson Dominguez.

Well-known faces from the world of culture and entertainment also attended the red carpet and premiere event including: Edvin Ryding, Alexandra Pascalidou, Joel Lützow, Katarina Wennstam and Viktor Åkerblom.

The eight-part series is created and scripted by Katja Juras and Anna Ströman Lindblom (Gåsmamman) and helmed by acclaimed director Jonas Alexander Arnby (War of the Worlds), recipient of three nominations at the Cannes Film Festival for When Animals Dream. Veronika was shot on location in Sweden in Dannemora, Gimo and Österbybruk.

Veronika was produced by Calle Jansson and Mathias Gruffman at Bigster, alongside Alexandra Rapaport also taking the role as Executive Producer.
