The suspenseful season finale of SkyShowtime Original Series Veronika approaches as an exclusive preview scene from the final episode is revealed

SkyShowtime today unveiled an exclusive preview scene from the finale of the highly anticipated SkyShowtime Original Series Veronika. Led by Swedish actress Alexandra Rapaport (Gåsmamman, Heder), Norwegian star Tobias Santelmann (Exit, Konvoi) and directed by Danish Jonas Alexander Arnby (War of the Worlds), Veronika’s mystique and thrilling “who done it nature” has captivated audiences on the platform since its premiere on 22 March.

The final two episodes will be available to stream exclusively on SkyShowtime this Friday, 12 April. All episodes from the series will be available to stream from this date.

Lead actress Alexandra Rapaport says: “Veronika has been close to my heart for so many years now, and I truly hope our fans will enjoy the final moments the same way we have. The suspense is very intense and there are many twists and turns remaining in Veronika’s journey – it’s really time to tune in!”

To celebrate that the full season will soon be available to stream exclusively on SkyShowtime, ''This Is Care Of'' will release the 24 track Veronika soundtrack on Spotify and iTunes on 12 April.

All music was composed and produced exclusively for the series by Danish musician Mikkel Hess.

The eight-part series is created and scripted by Katja Juras and Anna Ströman Lindblom (Gåsmamman) and helmed by acclaimed director Jonas Alexander Arnby (War of the Worlds), recipient of three nominations at the Cannes Film Festival for When Animals Dream. Veronika was shot on location in Sweden in Dannemora, Gimo and Österbybruk.

Veronika was produced by Calle Jansson and Mathias Gruffman at Bigster, alongside Alexandra Rapaport also taking the role as Executive Producer.

In this series, police officer Veronika Gren (Alexandra Rapaport), a mother of two, struggles with her complicated family life and a secret pill addiction. When strange things start to happen and a deceased boy appears before her, Veronika thinks she’s lost her mind. Reluctantly, Veronika is forced to accept that the boy may not be an illusion. Soon, Veronika finds herself in a murder investigation that goes deeper than anyone in town would like to believe when she learns about the murder of two teenage girls. Veronika must find the connection between the cases to prevent the killer from striking again. But will anyone believe her?
